There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Parhus om 120kvm i centrala Falsterbo, med gångavstånd till mataffär, strand, golfbana och buss mot Malmö. Tre sovrum på övervåningen: 1 rum med en king size-säng 1 rum med en queen size-säng 1 rum med två enkelsängar som kan dras ut till dubbelsängar Utöver detta finns bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Liten trädgårdsstuga 23m2,centralt

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person men det går även att bo två gäster i den.
