The Annexe is a lovely, well-equipped self-contained suite of rooms, comprising a spacious, comfortable sitting/breakfast room, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room, in a private part of our house. It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

The Jingle House Bed and Breakfast Room

Gorgeous one roomed studio in the grounds of our old Cornish farmhouse. Comfortable, beautifully appointed...your own space in lovely, tranquil olde worlde setting. Continental breakfast is included. ...Full English available on request (at extra cost ) All served with homemade jams, compote and yogurt and will be brought to you each morning. The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

Comfortable guest suite near Penryn, sleeps 4

Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.

Stylish & well decorated Superfast wifi, microwave, coffee machine, breakfast items, kettle & TV. On street digital permit parking available. Quiet & peaceful.

The Boathouse

The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!
