Bilocale nel borgo, il centro storico di Pontassieve, al 2° piano di un piccolo condominio senza ascensore, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e bus con frequenti spostamenti per Firenze (23 minuti), Mugello, Consuma, Vallombrosa e il lussuoso Outlet The Mall. Composto da 1 camera con letto singolo reclinabile, tv, ampio armadio e 2 finestre con vista sul fiume e sul ponte Mediceo, 1 cucina-soggiorno con google cast tv, divano trasformabile in letto singolo e 1 bagno con doccia.

This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you.

This apartament was part of a big property own by my family for generations, them started with a little touristic business 100 years ago and now I want to share again this space with you with the same intention. Our position is perfect to enjoy the neighborhood, the mountains or the near city of Florence.
