Very quiet location at the end of a cul de sac next to MIU campus and Fairfield loop trail. Ethernet with fast fibre optic internet in all rooms and wifi can be on if needed. The house has minimal EMF pollution and no smart meter. TV has Roku, with Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube Premium included and DVD player. Whole house Alen air purifier with ionizing option.
