Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. The Hills of Pompey

Come to relax with friends and family at this 2.5 acre home with large in-ground swimming pool near Syracuse University and JMA Wireless Dome. The 1700 Sq ft space includes 3 bedrooms (master suite 18’ x 15’) and two full baths! The master suite has a king size bed (can be split to 2 twin size beds) and a pull out sofa sleeper if needed. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with vanity, and the third bedroom includes a full size bed and dresser. Large eat in full kitchen & living room.

Tom and Lisa welcome you to “The Old Orchard Cottage”. The Cottage was built in the summer of 2025 and we are excited to make this awesome property available to guests. Take in the spectacular views and amazing sunrises from either our huge front porch or lodge-like deck/pavilion out back!The Cottage offers the perfect place to kick back and relax anytime of the year. The area offers many activities for all 4 seasons and The Cottage is the perfect home base to explore Central NY.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
