Our luxury accommodation features cosy open plan lounge/dining area with feature brick walls with French doors leading to a private walled patio area with luxury state of the art 6-seater hot tub for your sole use, fully fitted kitchen, luxurious bathroom, elegant, panelled bedroom with king sized bed.

The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

Our Shepherd's Hut provides the perfect secluded, rural getaway to escape, relax and unwind! Our cosy hut has a fully plumbed en-suite shower room and toilet inside the hut. It is set in its own private garden, tucked away in the quiet countryside of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Escape to relax in the hot tub with food cooked on your own gas BBQ. The hut is complete with a kitchenette, fold down table, a double bed, three quarter bunk and for cosy nights in, a log burner.

The grade 2 listed 'Charlotte Cottage' is the first in the run of former servants cottages. This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. The Old Maple Lodge is a beautiful and stylish annex of an oak-framed house, located in the charming village of Riccall, 8 miles south of York. Overlooking the original pond of the old manor house, The Old Maple Lodge offers guests a luxury experience, complete with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and kitchen facilities. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
