Built on a working family run farm it offers stunning views from the living area that is based on the second floor. There are plenty of beautiful local walks in the area and places to eat and shop. Anyone wanting to visit the coast both Blackpool and Southport are within a 30 minute drive and cities like Preston, Manchester and Liverpool are also close by.

An attractive cottage, formerly used as a dairy, refurbished retaining it’s unique features Just a 10-minute drive from the motorway, with easy access to Liverpool, Manchester, Blackpool, and The Lake District. Langs is very warm and inviting, a popular base for families who wish to discover the northwest.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Lantana House is quietly situated on the fringe of the village of Brinscall in the Borough of Chorley in Lancashire. It is a traditional designed bungalow, built in 1950. This superb home looks out onto the village cricket green and from the rear, picturesque views of Brinscall Woods, Great Hill, Winter Hill, Rivington and the West Pennine Moors. You may walk, run or cycle from the front or the rear gate into miles of upland moorlands, tree lined valleys, rivers and reservoirs.

Set in a beautiful countryside location but within easy reach of the M6, M61 and M65. Local villages include Croston and Eccleston, perfect location to enjoy boutique shops and excellent home made food in the local pubs and restaurants. It is also a short distance from Manchester and Liverpool. With the indoor wood stove, new kitchen and bathroom, oak furniture, outdoor fire pit and garden overlooking a park, we hope you’ll find this a fantastic getaway.

Home to sheep and hens, with deer roaming nearby and owls nesting close by, it’s a haven for wildlife lovers. The accommodation is simple and characterful, with one bedroom (situated on a mezzanine floor) and a sofa bed, ideal for couples, small families, or friends seeking a quiet, countryside stay away from the rush of everyday life.
