When our family of 8 bought this .5 acre lot the goal was to make vacation fun again, which is why we designed this home from the ground up including surprises around every corner from a hidden children's playroom to a huge patio built for the 300+ days of Colorado sun! As natives of Northern Colorado, we understand getting to the mountains is precious. We are humbled and excited you are looking to escape and enjoy a little bit of what we call God's Country!

You will enjoy leisurely walks along the river path with catch-and-release fishing. The fully equipped kitchen allows for homemade meals, complete with ample high end cookware, dishes and cutlery.
