Walk to the Beach from a Quaint and Brightly Renovated House

Design Sea House 2 with unique decoration by Coração Alecrim store. The house has two floors, on the first floor there is a mezzanine. In the Ground floor there is a one toilet and a living room with kitchene. The bedroom have direct sunlight. Outdoor terrace with great sun exposure. The house is in a prime area of the city, near the beach and the mouth of the Douro River. It's a quiet area with many restaurants and bars, a traditional market, and an organic food store. A municipal garden and a bicycle rental shop are close by. Transports: bus, tram, tourist bus and cab. Free parking in the area. We recommend a trip to the city park and if you like to eat good fish or seafood go to Matosinhos city where you find many restaurants. Matosinhos is a land of fishermen.

House built in granite, with three bedrooms, a kitchen, une living room, one bathroom fully furnished, a garden and open space with barbecue. Feel free to enjoy your stay. Enjoy the nature and relax! The urban area is really nera the house and you can enjoy the lovely food in soem restaurants or just enjoy the natural landscape by wlaking around or just enjoy a nice drink in one of the river-fronts. Public transportations are not the best, but you can visit some of the surrounding towns if you are good in making plans... This is my home. I reconstructed it myself. It's full of love...

O meu espaço é maravilhoso para famílias que procuram paz e tranquilidade. A poucos minutos de Viana do Castelo, Barcelos, Esposende ou da mais antiga e milenar Vila de Portugal, (ponte de Lima), este espaço é também muito bom para famílias (com crianças). Rodeado de campos verdes e bosques com riachos tem também o Oceano Atlântico a cerca de 10 minutos, com praias fabulosas entre Esposende, Viana do castelo ou Moledo. A serra do Gerês a cerca de 40 minutos. Espanha a 35 km de distância.

Porto Traditional Lifestyle

Is a secular house with granite stonework and the typical colors of the neighborhood and is located in the historic center of Porto. It was totally restored by an architect of the Porto chamber keeping the old moth. The decoration is based on family pieces carefully collected and restored by me containing objects from various periods. The objective was to preserve as possible the way of life of the Porto residents and in every corner of the house will feel and appreciate their personality.

Fisherman House 30 steps from sea

This tiny house, was a fisherman typical warehouse and is located in the last fisherman neighborhood, and still today resist to empire state dealers! It's turned back to the sea, but still close to it, so close that in strong winter sea comes to the door :). Approximately 50 meters from the beach, You'll find yourself in the middle of fisherman boats traffic and right in the center of the first hand fish sale. And sea lovers of course :)

Located on the Apulia dunes , this old fishermen shelter was transformed in to an magnificent front house beach, on the terrace you can take sunbaths by the wind protected, you can enjoy every day the sunset over the ocean and sleep by the waving sound.

The whole house opens on glass over the garden and the two small fish ponds, which is very pleasant even at night, as the garden is lit and heated on cold nights! The house only has 40 m2 inside, but it is very well equipped and very comfortable!
