The restroom and large outdoor shower room are steps away and offer a private outdoor shower experience. Ac in room is super cold with queen bed with breathable memory foam mattress provide cozy feel. Beach chairs ,towels, and snorkel masks included. Parking on-site. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

Prop is located in the southern fields of the island, near the beach. It is about a 20-minute walk from the Malecón de La Esperanza.
