À 2 minutes du centre et de toutes ses commodités, 5 minutes de la gare. Train qui vous mène en quelques minutes à Esch/Belval, Rockhal, centre commercial et université.

Located on the second floor of our apartment building. It has 1 Bedroom, with a double bed, bathroom with a shower, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, dining area for 4 people and equipped kitchen, a portable air conditioner. FREE PUBLIC CAR PARC next to the house 15 min away from the capital city by car. The bus station is just in front of house. The nearest train station is 6 min away (3.9km) Highway access 1.3km away. We as hosts are always at your disposal on the first floor.

Idéal pour deux voyageurs, le logement est organisé pour un séjour tout confort avec un coin nuit séparé. Au cinquième étage, le logement permet de profiter de l'ambiance du centre ville (bars et commerces) tout en jouissant d'un calme reposant (triple vitrage et immeuble résidentiel). Arrivée autonome et indépendante, avec un immeuble sécurisé et des consignes faciles à suivre.

[AVEC CLIM!] Faites une pause et détendez-vous chez moi, façon Airbnb “back to the roots”. Ce n’est pas un hôtel, mais mon domicile principal, chaleureux et cosy, avec photos et petits objets personnels. Il est disponible quand je voyage. Je serai ravi de vous accueillir — soyez les bienvenus :) Lit double, canapé pour une personne (non convertible) et, si besoin, un matelas gonflable. J'ai ajouté une climatisation début 2026 pour des étés plus agréables. :)
