Die 3 großen Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und durch die Fußbodenheizung ist das Haus ganzjährig bewohnbar bzw. fürs Homeoffice geeignet. Der große Salzwasserpool und die 360° Dachterrasse machen die Urlaubserholung komplett. Santanyí und zahlreiche wunderschöne Buchten sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

The house is intended to bring together local Mediterranean architecture and minimal contemporary design. The L-shape of the house is rendered white and minimal finishes are used through the interior. Downstairs, the open plan design is connected by a terrace, giving the space an indoor-outdoor feel. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom open onto a private terrace which looks out towards the beach. Ca na Isla has been meticulously designed to ensure you can make most of calm, Mallorca days.

The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
