Der große Salzwasserpool und die 360° Dachterrasse machen die Urlaubserholung komplett. Santanyí und zahlreiche wunderschöne Buchten sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

The terraced house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor we find the living room, the kitchen / dining room, the patio with its dining, lounge and barbecue areas and an outdoor bathroom. In the first one is the night area with the two bedrooms and a bathroom en suite in a room. The house has been recently renovated and is in very good condition. Its dry stone walls are warm in winter and cool in summer. It also has air conditioning that in winter turns into heating.
