Our family holiday home since 1987 is just a 5 minute walk to 2 family friendly beaches. There are also some restaurants & shops nearby. The property has 3 terraces that can be used for dining or sunbathing. Indoors you'll find the living area and kitchen which has air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double, a child’s room with bunk beds and between them is a small double. The bathroom has shower/bath and toilet. The facilities aren't new but are functional and we're upgrading as we can.

This villa is composed of 2 floors decorated in a modern style. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (the toilets are outside the room), the kitchen with breakfast bar, a living room and the terrace with swimming pool, garden and access to the sea. On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower room (the washbasins are outside the bedroom), the other living room with TV and a huge terrace with views to the pool, garden and the sea.

Villa Font de sa Cala in Provensals (Font de Sa Cala is a district of Capdepera) is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with views of the Balearic Sea. The spacious 475 m² property is spread over 3 floors and features a living room, large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest WC, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV in every room, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer.

In Capdepera, the country house "Finca Es Carregador" offers an excellent view of the sea. This 114 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Beautiful villa a few meters from the sea, very well maintained, quiet and very sunny, they have a magnificent porch with sofas and a good wood barbecue to prepare delicious barbecues. Fantastic to spend a holiday with family or friends, the villa is very close to the beautiful and quiet Es Carregador beach where you can enjoy its crystal clear waters. It is less than 2 km from Cala Ratjada and about 3 km from CapdePera.

Casa Vista Monte

The country house "Vista Monte" is located in Llucmajor and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 120 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 adults plus children (please contact the host in advance to communicate the number of guests).

Apartamento en planta baja, tipo duplex, con jardín con barbacoa y terraza, situado a 200 de dos calas (playas), zona muy tranquila para pasear y hacer deporte al aire libre y acuático, varios campos de golf cercanos, zona de ocio en población Cala Ratjada, a unos 2 km., mercados semanales al aire libre.
