Cottage in south of Dresden

Homey house in the south of Dresden, in the beautiful green district of Plauen, about 6km away from the motorway exit Südvorstadt, 3,5 km to the city center. Shopping for daily needs can be reached in about 5 minutes. Younger guests are our rabbits to know who live in our garden. A sandbox with toys, a selection of games, many picture books, etc. are waiting for you. The cottage stands in a garden, which is also used by the owners. The house has one room with a built-in bunk beds and a fold-out couch (1.20 x 1.90). A baby travel bed incl. Bedding can be provided. The bathroom has a power shower. In the house there is a small kitchenette. There is a zweiflammiges induction field. In addition, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. On the street in front of our house you will find free parking. From our house you are with the car in 10 minutes in the city center. Train and bus, which also drive to the city center and the main train station, walk in Reichl. 5 minutes. Also, the TU-terrain is easily accessible by us by bus or tram. For Haltepkt Plauen you go 500 meters. Bakeries, are also open on Sundays, discounters, etc., can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes by car two or three Fahrminuten. Super Italian, Turkish, Greek restaurants are located nearby. Not far from there is a very good cafe with tasty Eis. In front of our house is the park "Hoher Stein". The Erzgebirge is ideal for skiing, sledding and hiking. The Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in twenty minutes. In a short time we are also in Pillnitz, Radebeul, Moritzburg or Meissen.

Homely cottage in the national park

This cozy summer cottage is located in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland National Park in the north of the Czech Republic. The symbol of this National Park – Pravčická brána (Prebischtor) is only 7 km far from our homely cottage. This place is unique because of many possibilities for hiking, cycling, relaxing or for mushroom gathering as well. In a couple of minutes you can cross the border and enjoy other interesting places in Germany. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds upstairs and 1 sofa bed downstairs. The living room is a perfect place to sit with family or friends, play the desk games and have a nice time by the fireplace. Television has mostly German and Czech channels. The kitchen is well equipped with the fridge, the stove, the oven, the coffee machine, the microwave, the kettle and the dishes. Clean towels and linen, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. There is a grill with seating in the garden; a roofed pergola with additional seating behind the cottage offers privacy and rest in the nature. Because we want to keep the unique atmosphere of the place, the cottage does not have a Wi-Fi connection.

Kostenfreie Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Objekt! Ein Grill kann jederzeit genutzt werden! Zentral für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und Tschechien 🇨🇿. Ab 5 Personen muss unbedingt das Haus direkt nebenan mit gebucht werden.

Direkt vor der Tür unseres gemütlichen Häuschens im kanadischen Blockhausstil erstreckt sich der dichte Erzgebirgswald. Zahlreiche Wander- und Skirouten sowie Mountainbike-Trails laden zu ausgedehnten Touren und erlebnisreicher Bewegung in der Natur ein. Nach einem Tag an der frischen Luft kannst du dich entspannt am knisternden Kaminfeuer aufwärmen. Finde deine Auszeit – ganz wie du sie dir wünschst.

Dahinter erheben sich die Hügel des Erzgebirges, die ihr vom Haus aus erwandern könnt. Die Erzgebirgsbahn bringt euch zu bekannten Orten des Erzgebirges wie Wolkenstein, Annaberg und Oberwiesenthal.

Bei uns können Sie ihren Urlaub in unserem gemütlichen Blockbohlenhaus zwischen Ponys und Alpakas verbringen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit mit unseren Tieren, insbesondere den Alpakas wandern zu gehen. Kinder können sich mit unseren Ponys beschäftigen bei unserem Ponystündchen mitmachen oder auch Einzelstunden, mit ganz viel Zeit bei den Ponys, buchen. Ponyreiten ist natürlich auch möglich. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich mitten auf dem Land. Wandermöglichkeiten sind gegeben. Gute Anbindung.

Alle technischen Hilfsmittel über die ein normaler Haushalt verfügt, sind vorhanden (Waschm., Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Fahrräder, Grill etc.) und sind kostenlos nutzbar.
