Recently renovated with 4 comfortable bedrooms (2 with en-suite), a big kitchen for socialising in and a Mediterranean-style gardens located on a quiet residential road. We are 20 min walk to Woolwich Station. From here you can get to the Excel (4mins), Canary Wharf (8mins), Liverpool St (15mins), Tottenham Court Rd (20mins), Paddington (26mins), Heathrow (50mins).

The Byre at Cold Christmas

Escape to the country and stay in a cosy converted barn with a log burning stove and a secluded sunny patio area with outdoor dining and barbeque. A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, a toaster and an air fryer. We can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

The Barn, beautiful rural retreat

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

Double bed, sitting area, TV\DVD, kitchenette. Small dining area, tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom with toilet, sink and large walk in shower. Bedlinen and towels provided, and a complementary evening meal or home made snacks during longer term stays.

Wintry Park House is a country house set in nearly 3 acres with formal gardens. Only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Epping, yet on the edge of the ancient and historic Epping Forest. At just over a mile or a 20 minute walk, Epping Tube station brings Central London and it’s vibrant West End into play. If preferred a local taxi ride is just 5 minutes and currently costs around £7.50 or there is also a bus stop nearby.
