Perfect for a couple or a small family. The cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is perfect for families and couples who want to escape the crowds. The cottage overlooks the village green and there is a back garden and parking for 1 car on the private drive.

We are perfectly positioned to visit the north, the south, the east and the west of Cornwall

A Cool Coastal Retreat with a Woodburner

Our beach house is surprisingly lovely; don't be deceived by its slightly windswept exterior as you will walk in and feel immediately at home. There is plenty of room for all with a separate kitchen, dining and living room areas as well as a lovely little enclosed and private garden. Open farmland in front and to the side of the house and glimpses of the sea from the upstairs bedrooms add to the feeling of space. It’s a 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive from Mawgan Porth beach and amenities.

Dog friendly and within close walking distance to beautiful sandy Porthcothan beach (dog friendly) Ideal for families, swimmers and surfers. Located near the south west coast path for breathtaking walks. The property has fabulous views of the ocean from the lounge, sunsets are amazing. Ideally located for visiting all Cornwalls attractions and has parking for 2 cars with enclosed garden.

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.
