The Cottage is a safe space welcoming to all. Self check-in, private garden area, outdoor furniture (& table-tennis). River/pubs/golf within half-mile walk. Galleried bedroom, Superking bed, laptop friendly desk/dressing table (room for travel cot). Ground floor large sofabed. Wifi & SmartTV. Kitchen area with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer. Dining table for 4. Free parking for 2 cars on forecourt shared with main house. Quiet location, trees and birdsong. Animal friendly.

Garden studio close to Hampton Court

Close to Hampton Court our bright, airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access & private, secluded garden Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous child but at your own risk!! Modern bathroom, We also provide a microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, plus milk, tea and coffee. Plenty of on street parking available

Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Nestled in a safe, quiet area, perfectly situated for Hampton Court, Sandown Park Racing, Wimbledon Tennis, Bushy Park with its wild deer, the Thames and great shopping in Kingston. Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. Plenty of free on-street parking.

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Welcome to the Hampton Court Hideaway, a peaceful and relaxing guesthouse (converted detached double garage), beautifully designed to a very high standard and powered by renewable energy. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds (2nd on mezzanine) and one sofa bed upon request. We also have an EV car charger available on request. The space can fit up to 5 for shorter breaks, and comfortably 2-3 for longer breaks.

In the village of Malden Rushett, Rushett studio is a self contained studio perfect for all guests. We are a 10 minute walk from the local theme park Chessington World of Adventures so perfect for a weekend away with the kids! We have a local pub The Shy Horse just a 10 minute walk away perfect for a meal with the kids or a quiet drink in front of the log fire. Explore the many walks around us with miles of public footpaths and beautiful scenery.

Located in a quiet, cul-de -suc. This beautiful Lodge is in a town which offers a great choice of individual shops, restaurants in an extremely attractive part of Surrey, our neighbourhood is friendly and quiet and we are a short walk from all amenities.

Sunbury station with direct line to Central London (Waterloo) is a 15 min. walk or 5 minutes by Bus. Access to the M3 and onward to South of England Country. Heathrow airport is a 20 minute drive with a direct bus route from Sunbury.
