CrossRoads Cottage, established in 2013, is a small cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, tv room/bedroom and kitchen. Guests have the convenience of the entire house. Note: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the cottage. Note: Price includes up to 4 guests at the cottage. Each additional guest will be $10 extra to accommodate for food, linens, and water useage. Note: There will be a $250 fee for smoking and/or pet violations

Come enjoy fishing, swimming, hiking to Mule Hole & take a train ride to High Falls. Drive over the hill to Glady you will find the walking & bike trails of the West Fork Rail Trail. Come disconnect and unwind while taking in the beautiful WV mountains and fresh air. Please note there is NO cell service in the area.

The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know! By September 2020, there will be a new outdoor living area with a hot tub and dining.

Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. We do not offer a TV. Near Elkins.

My home is very charming,quaint,cozy and clean!You will have the whole first floor (second floor is storage) to yourself complete with full Bathroom, BEDROOM, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and fenced backyard for pets and WIFI. You are very close to local attractions and downtown dining and stores. If you have any complaints or issues please address them with me ASAP so they can be resolved and you can enjoy your stay. Enjoy the comforts and luxuries of home while enjoying the fresh air and forests of a trip to the mountains. You'll also have easy access to our small-town amenities while being a short drive from some of West Virginia's favorite destinations like Spruce Knob and Seneca Rocks. You can also stay in and enjoy the mountain view without ever leaving the back porch.

Only three blocks from downtown this first floor condo has a king bed in its primary and a full size second bedroom. This newly renovated duplex gives each unit its own separate entrance, and is well appointed with laundry and has everything you need before a day of exploring charming Elkins or the Mon Forest. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or just grab a cup of coffee from the beverage station.

Modern cabin in Dolly Sods w/ sauna & EV charger

A bright, modern cabin in the heart of the Monongahela National Forest. This brand new design driven space feels like being in a treehouse. It lies at the edge of the Dolly Sods wilderness, has forest views from every room, and a sauna. The location provides easy access to tons of hiking and is only 2.5-3 hours from Washington DC. It's as close as you can get to Dolly Sods without camping! 4WD needed in the winter.

Creekside Tiny Cabin aside a Mountain Stream

Creekside is a 312 square foot (plus loft) secluded Tiny Cabin. It is nestled in the woods, with mountain views and absolutely stunning night skies. A picturesque year-round mountain stream is less than 50 feet from the cabin porch. The modern cabin was designed to be comfortable and appealing. Every "tiny" detail was considered. Although the cabin may have limited square footage, it feels roomy and uncrowded.
