A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. This quaint houseboat is located at a small privately owned Marina on Sagamore Creek just 2 miles from downtown Portsmouth. From the Marina you can rent kayaks and paddleboards or bring a small skiff that you can tie up next to the houseboat. Explore the creek and back channels of the seacoast area where you'll find bald eagles, hawks and other wildlife. Great bird watching right from the back deck.
