The entire property sleeps 14-18 comfortably. Included in nightly price is Main House with 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms AND Honeymoon Cottage with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Caretaker Cottage (2 bedrooms/1 bathroom) may be rented for an ADDITIONAL FEE if needed. The main home has Wi-Fi, cable TV, and billiard room complete with pool table and plenty of games. We have 4 baby goats born on 6/24/25 that you are welcome to play with and cuddle! They are so entertaining! This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking! The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.
