Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.
