Welcome to Lilly's Home! The apartment, measuring just over 40 m², is a fully furnished apartment in my bungalow, where I also live. It has a separate entrance, so you'll have the entire space to yourself. Warm wood, welcoming green and beige tones, furniture made from recycled teak, the Balinese canopy bed, a large wooden terrace, and bamboo in the garden – it's obvious: my many travels, especially to Southeast Asia, have shaped the style of Lilly's Home. Perhaps you, too, can't get enough of these beautiful French doors from Bali! A small hallway leads you into the living room, where you'll find the dining table and the comfortable sofa for watching your favorite TV shows. If there are three of you, the sofa can be converted into a comfortable box spring bed with a 90x200 cm mattress and topper. If you don't want to eat at one of Eggstätt's fine restaurants, you can prepare a delicious meal in the small but perfectly formed kitchen – pizza is always a good choice! The spacious wooden terrace on the west side is a small oasis of relaxation and enjoys beautiful sunshine from midday until evening. It's surrounded by lush greenery and a wonderful bamboo hedge. In a flowerbed to the side, not only my favorite flowers, orange lilies, which gave the apartment its name, bloom in summer. There's enough space on the spacious terrace for many things: After breakfast at the small dining table, you can squint at the glorious blue sky from the sun lounger, watch the gently wafting curtains between the lines of your book, and eventually drift off to Bali or under your favorite palm tree to the gentle rustling of the bamboo. But, didn't you just hear a distinct "Moo!"? You're awake again! and treat yourself to a cool Spritz in the chic lounge, shaded by an awning. Then, as you bid farewell, you greet the sun in the most beautiful evening ambiance on your yoga mat. If you really don't want anyone to see you sunbathing or doing sun salutations, you can cover the terrace with curtains all around. You won't even have to miss out on the warm tropical rain. You'll find it under the rain shower in the pretty bathroom. And the best part: the electricity that makes the tropical rain so nice and warm, and which you use in Lilly's Home, also comes from the sun here, at least in summer. In the evening, candles or a dimmable string of lights provide the perfect lighting for your BBQ in the outdoor living room. The grill is right next door. You've already bought the ingredients from the nearby supermarket, which is just a ten-minute walk from the apartment. But turn off the lights every now and then and marvel at the Milky Way, shining so incredibly brightly here on clear nights. And finally, you're so tired that the Bali gate opens to reveal a large four-poster bed. The first of hopefully many good nights in seventh heaven – and how quiet it is here at night! Insect screens keep those annoying little creatures at bay. Tired of island life for two or three? Then head out to the lido at the idyllic Hartsee or one of the other 16 lakes. You can play volleyball, basketball, and mini-golf, as well as swim and chill, or sit and chat over a beer in the beer garden. But this nature reserve is also excellent for hiking, biking, jogging, and enjoying yourself. There's even a nudist beach nearby. If the lakes are too small for you, the Bavarian Sea, Lake Chiemsee, with its charming Fraueninsel island and Herrenchiemsee Palace, is just a few minutes' drive away. Is the lake too shallow for you, or are you seasick from all the steamboat travel? The mountains are within reach! You can reach the summit quickly with a gondola or take a more leisurely stroll in hiking boots. And if the rain gets too wet, there are (award-winning arthouse) cinemas, morning pints, swimming pools, saunas, local museums, a salt mine, Netflix, etc., or you can simply stay in a four-poster bed... Bavaria at its finest is offered by the many traditional village festivals or festival tents, if you're lucky, or even flea markets. There are grand operas, small village theaters, you can meet Mozart everywhere in nearby Salzburg, and you can go underground in Bad Reichenhall. So you see: It never gets boring at ins nia, so it never gets boring here! I'm happy to give you tips and help you plan your activities. You wanna leave Daily „Stress“? In our small bug Levels flattern in nice tön Seeon, not so far away from big Chiemsee and close to several smaller lakes, we would Like to welcome you. Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Unser sehr helles, idyllisches und ruhig gelegenes Apartement liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und hat direkten Zugang zu Ihrem Terrassenanteil und dem Garten. Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und genießen diverse Freizeitangebote, wie z.B. Bauernhofbesuche. Wir stehen unseren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bitte sprechen Sie uns an.

Ma Bastide liegt in Bad Endorf, das auch das Tor zum Chiemgau genannt wird. Bad Endorf selbst hat einiges zu bieten und verfügt über eine 1A Verkehrsanbindung Richtung München oder Salzburg. Nur wenige Minuten von Ma Bastide entfernt ist ein wunderbares Thermalbad, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Im "Gut Immling" kommen außerdem Kunst- und Kulturliebhaber voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Simseeklinik sowie der Kurpark sind direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft.

Genieße deinen Urlaub im Zirkuswagen auf unserem Grundstück. Vor dem Zirkuswagen befindet sich ein "kleiner Garten" mit zwei Sitzgelegenheiten, die je nach Befindlichkeit genutzt werden können. Wir wohnen am Ortsrand von Breitbrunn, ca. 800m vom Chiemsee entfernt. Dieser ist auch zu Fuß auf wunderschönen Wegen schnell zu erreichen. Breitbrunn ist ein kleines Dorf umgeben von Wiesen, Wäldern und Seen.

Unsere charmanten Ferienwohnungen mit direktem Seezugang und Liegewiese sind der perfekte Rückzugsort für Ruhesuchende und Naturfreunde. Unser "Schwalbennesterl" mit 50 m² bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, eine separate Küche, ein großzügiges Wohn- und Esszimmer, Badezimmer (plus Gäste-Toilette), einen Balkon mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Chiemsee und Berge.
