We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The tiny house is simple and sits like a small paradise in the middle of a residential area. Under the care of a Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy Near nature and Amsterdam!

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Farm Cottage Eemnes 30 min from Amsterdam

Het is een heerlijke vrijstaande cottage met airconditioning van alle gemakken voorzien in een zeer landelijke omgeving in de ruime tuin van onze boerderij uit 1703. Het heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer, ruime leefkeuken met alle apparatuur en op de begane grond een ruime badkamer met een aparte waskamer met wasmachine en droger. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

“De Cottage” op de Paltzerhoeve in Soestduinen.

Verscholen in de bossen van Soestduinen, op het Landgoed de Paltz, ligt de Cottage op de Paltzerhoeve. The Cottage is een sfeervol ingerichte vakantiewoning in landelijke stijl. Hier kun je genieten van de bosrijke omgeving en de idyllische, rustige sfeer op het landgoed. De aanwezigheid van de paarden op het terrein, draagt bij aan de landelijke sfeer. De Cottage is te boeken vanaf 2 nachten. Voor bedrijfsboekingen door de weeks zijn aangepaste verblijftijden of dagboekingen mogelijk.

Wellness Lodge with private sauna and jacuzzi

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Superb thatched guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just 20-25 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and in the heart of 'Het Gooi' within walking distance of the center of Laren. The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

This charming guesthouse (approx. 60m2) is located in a quiet location in Bilthoven-Noord, a stone's throw from the Ridderoordse bossen. From here you can walk or cycle to the beautiful Lage Vuursche. By train you can reach Utrecht within 10 minutes from Bilthoven station (car 15 min / bike 35 min). Amersfoort and Zeist are also nearby.
