Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path, actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 min to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. Step out on the huge deck overlooking the property and water, relax, and enjoy your coffee, no rush here...

We are nestled in the hillside, surrounded by forest & wildlife. Pet friendly during the months of May-October. Great news, the snowmobile and ATV trails are located just 2 minutes from the cottage! When given the opportunity, this is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking. End the day with a bonfire and star gazing or snuggle up by the indoor wood stove. You decide it's your vacation to enjoy!

Complete cabins located 8 minutes from services, stores, restaurants and outdoor activities and Highway 2. Also close to the bike path as well as the federated mountain bike trail. For outdoor enthusiasts, the “Le Prospecteur” walking trail is a must, without forgetting the Mont Farlagne ski center which is only 5 minutes away. Free WIFI. Gram's Cabin is the perfect place to rest on your hiking trip to Mt. Carleton, or to unwind on a hunting excursion. Secluded yet modern accommodations include a furnished kitchen and Starkink WiFi to stay in touch with the world. The Cabin is accessible by car, via Route 108. With accommodations for 6, and room for more, this is the ideal spot for a retreat. Gram’s cabin is 20 minutes from Plaster Rock, and 40 minutes from Mount Carleton.
