Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The past few years we have slowly renovated for the perfect couples retreat, or family recharge directly on E. Lake Tawakoni. We have done our best to supply everything you need to unplug & enjoy Mother Nature at her best. This is a perfect place for soothing sunsets, beautiful sunrises and an array of wildlife. You may see deer, squirrels, hawks & maybe a Bald Eagle! Enjoy the day catching your favorite fish from our 100ft dock.

Farmhouse Studio~Canton 1st Monday~Fishing Pond

East Texas is known for treasure hunting, comfort food, and piney forests. The Farmhouse Studio is known for country hospitality, serene views, and comfy sleeps. Don't forget your fishing gear for catch and release acre pond! Come to just get away from it all. Suitable for a couple or a family with small children under 10. Keurig, microwave, toaster, mini fridge provided. Fire pit, outdoor furniture provided. There is NO full kitchen and no pets are allowed. 24 hour notice required.

This fabulously stylish Wills Point cottage enjoys a convenient location near Dallas and is perfect for guests to enjoy peaceful romantic getaways in East Texas. Vacations here mean days exploring East Texas lakes with fishing, swimming or kayaking and in the evening, guests can return to their unique cottage which comes equipped with a plush king-size bed with luxurious linens. The gorgeous master bathroom has tiled floors, a white marble sink top, and a walk-in tiled shower.

Wildflower yurts are one of a kind romantic getaway for two! You have all the comforts of home, like air conditioning, electricity, showers, toilets, & kitchenette. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views of farm country. Private shady spots in the trees perfect for reading a book in the hammock. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit, ride our bikes, play games! We have three yurts on the property. The Honeysuckle, The Primrose and The Bluebonnet. All three can be booked on Airbnb.

Ideal for families, friend groups, and retreats who want room to breathe.

Farm Stay w/Animals - Jacuzzi - Indoor Pickleball

Ranch Stay Features: Top-Tier Pickleball: Experience our pro indoor courts and shop. Elegant Air BNB Units: 2 luxurious stays with jacuzzis, grills, and a firepit. Highland Cows and donkey Farm. Relax with fishing (catch & Release) so bring your fishing rod. Note: Pickleball is a separate cost from the Air BNB stay. It's $30 per hour. No refunds for power outages. Only credits by Host for another stay.

Cabin at Chitt's Creek

Newly Renovated Cabin on 1 acre centrally located between Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni! First Monday Trades Day is only a short 25-minute drive. Chitt's Creek Cabin is a short 15 min drive to Lake Tawakoni State Park and less than 10 minutes to the nearest boat dock! Fisherman Paradise for tournaments or a perfect place to get out of the city to relax around the campfire, star gaze and just have a great time!
