$98 March Special! Located in Edgewater, CO, Pat's Cottage is immaculate, private and relaxing. 3 blocks from Sloan's Lake. Many pubs and restaurants such as Joyride Brewing and Edgewater Public Market nearby. 10 min to Meow Wolf. Very safe and friendly neighborhood. Just 3 miles from downtown Denver, the city is quite accessible, as are the Rocky Mtns. Our cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Full kitchen. Off-street, covered parking. WiFi & AC.

Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

Cozy cottage near the lake

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.

Private Studio Apartment

Nice and clean guest apartment with sectional sofa sleeper has a memory foam mattress, queen bed, 50" ultra smart TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi, coffeemaker. Completely separate entrance through dedicated front door and completely separate living space. Full furnished kitchen and full bathroom. Good location on quiet dead-end street. Close to Downtown Denver, Edgewater, Sloan's Lake, The Highlands, shopping, food,  restaurants, Red Rocks, Rocky Mountains.
