La casa è composta da un giardino, un'enorme terrazza, all' interno un elegante open space climatizzato composto da cucina con penisola godendoti la vista sul mare, spazioso salotto con divano che all'occorrenza si trasforma in un comodo letto con altri 2 posti, una stanza da letto climatizzata, una cameretta con letto a castello per bambini o amici, un bagno a due servizi fornito di biancheria.
