The cottage is located on our 80 acre farmstead in the bucolic rolling hills of Western Wisconsin just over an hour from the Twin Cities. Relax, create, or dream in this peaceful setting. Cherish time with loved ones. Hike along the creek, woodlands and fields. Enjoy the plentiful birds and wildlife. Bring your bike in the summer, and snow shoes in the winter. Cozy up to the wood stove with a hot beverage. Work remotely with our high speed WiFi. We welcome up to two dogs for an additional fee.

Oak Hill Retreat

Country location, peaceful and quiet. Apartment above detached garage, full kitchen, small deck and private stairway with beautiful view of the surrounding trees. Easily accessible, 3 miles from I-94 and St. Hwy. 29, 1/2 way between the university cities of Eau Claire and Menomonie, 1 1/4 hours from St. Paul/Minneapolis. There is a growing art and music scene, with multiple music festivals, etc. The area also has fine restaurants, theaters, parks, and historical sites. Come to be restored.

Cozy cabin on Elk Lake

This cozy cabin, perched above a quiet, beautiful lake, with views of soaring pine trees and wildlife is a great place for relaxing next to the warm fireplace, or taking a dip in the cool water. If you're feeling adventurous, consider hiking nearby trails, or enjoying a game, or a laugh with family and friends around the fire pit. The cabin sits about 80 steps (a challenge for some) above Elk Lake. Elk lake is a no wake lake that is great for fishing, kayaking (we have two), and swimming.

Elk Creek Inn Historic Dam Keepers Cottage

Get away from it all! This charming little home is perfectly located on a dead-end street, a short drive to either Menomonie or Eau Claire. Upon arriving, you will feel a sense of calmness and seclusion. Relax to the sounds of the falls and the birds singing. Wander the gardens and play in the spring fed lake. Read a book in the hammock or simply stare at the reflection on the calm lake. We offer a canoe, rowboat, 2 kayaks, and S.U.P for exploring as well as a grill and fire pit area.

Overlook the beautiful Chippewa River bottoms while enjoying the comfort of home. Just 2 minutes from Durand, this spacious property has remarkable sunrises and views of the Chippewa River area wildlife including deer, eagles, ducks and swans to name a few. Located in Pepin county, minutes away from Buffalo, Pierce and Dunn counties and trails. A perfect location for those in the area simply looking for a local place to stay and relax! Please note, no parties or events are allowed.

Enjoy the modern kitchen with granite counters. In-floor heat to keep you cozy & warm. Relax in the deep jacuzzi bath or outdoors in the year-round hot tub. For more sleeping privacy, there is a queen bed/futon/bath/kitchen apt above garage (see last 5 pictures) which is a one time additional $150 fee.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is great for any occasion. Sit in the living room and admire the view out or watch the fire burn in the wood burning fireplace. The backyard is fenced in for any entertainment.

Bogus Valley Holm Country/Farm Pepin/Stockholm

Come to the country and enjoy lodging at quiet Bogus Valley Holm. Located in picturesque Bogus Valley between Pepin and Stockholm Wisconsin. This vintage home was built in the mid 1850s and has old world character architecture with the comforts of modern day amenities. The southern exposure enclosed front porch is the favorite gathering spot for most everyone that has stayed in the home. This 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath property has potential for sleeping up to 8 guests.

Milkhouse Cottage was rebuilt from the original Milkhouse built on our farm in 1906. Nestled in a peaceful valley across the road from the Rush River. Amenities include one queen bed, 1 queen sized comfortable queen sofa bed, air conditioning, private deck, private fire pit & 38 acres of private hiking trails and snowshowing trails. We also have a very nice campertrailer with 1 full sized bed, 1 queen sized bed. 2 bunks and bath that is avialable seasonaly.

Eau Galle Lakeside Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 3 Bedroom 3 Bath home plus 4th Bedroom / gameroom. On Lake Eau Galle, this 2800 sq ft home sits on 1.5 acres and over 300 feet along the waterfront. The peaceful property with a large yard includes a firepit near the lake and mature Wisconsin native white pines, oaks, and maple trees. Enjoy the beautiful countryside and lakeside. Feel free to bring your boat and use the dock. RV Electrical hookup for a camper.
