They built this homestead cabin beside a stream, tucked beneath a canopy of giant trees. The cabin is a bright & welcoming studio, designed to bring the outdoors in with windows that frame the lush greenery all around. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen & a full bathroom featuring a soaking tub, perfect for unwinding to the soothing sounds of the flowing stream.

We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

Our brand-new guest cottage is an architect-designed tiny home for 2, in a peaceful rural area. It is just 28 minutes from beautiful Kings Canyon National Park. There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip. We have a great coffee shop 2 minutes away! Sorry, no assistance animals (see house rules)

Close to Mt Whitney portal, Horse shoe meadow and famous other trails, excellent for day hikes. We are in the epic center of the lowest( Death Valley),highest(Mt Whitney) and the oldest(Bristlecone tree forest).
