It has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It offers the opportunity to combine visiting Rome, incomparably rich with history, together with a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. Dein eigenes Ferienhaus am See - komm mal raus...

Im Frühjahr 2020 haben wir das Grundstück erworben, es hat 5 Ferienhäuser. Dieses erste, die Nr. 7/4, haben wir 2020 liebevoll renoviert und DU kannst kommen. Das hübsche Ferienhaus hat Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Bad mit Dusche. Dazu gibt es eine nette eigene Terrasse zur Südseite. Sie ist teilweise überdacht und es gibt auch eine Markise für die besonders sonnigen Tage. Das Grundstück hat einen eigenen Zugang zum See und einen Steg mit Badeleiter.

A cottage with sauna, hot tube and open fire outdoors in the forest. Stuga med sauna, spabad och öppen spis utomhus. Modern nyrenoverad fastighet som håller hög standard. Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Prelijepa planinska A frame brvnara za dvoje sa terasom koja ima predivan pogled na masivnu planinu. Brvnara nema struju ali ima rasvetu, aparate i sve što vam je potrebno punite u našem restoranu. Na 40m nalazi se planinski izvor sa veoma zdravom i kvalitetnom vodom za pice. Kreveti se mogu spojiti tako da mozete dobiti i bračni ležaj od istih. Toalet i tuš se nalazi na 35 metara od brvnare . U pitanju je poseban objekat sa toaletima sa keramičkim pločicama . U toaletima nema tople vode.

Neues, gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Blick auf den Bodden und unweit der mecklenburgischen Ostseeküste! 70 qm - großzügiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Kamin und offener Küche. 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Schlafcouch und ein Bad mit eigener Sauna. Vollausgestatte Küche mit Zugang zur Teressa, welche zum grillen einlädt. Auch ein Lagerfeuer ist möglich. Der Bungalow ist komplett mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet und ein PKW-Stellplatz, auf dem Grundstück, sowie ein weiterer an der Ostsee ist, vorhanden.

Genieße eine gemütliche Auszeit im Bungalow auf der Halbinsel Devin. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Sandstrand entfernt und direkt am Naturschutzgebiet gelegen, bietet er Ruhe und Natur pur. Der Bungalow ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, eine Sommerküche auf der Terrasse und einen Kamin. Im Garten steht eine Feuerstelle für gemütliche Abende. Die Hafenstadt Stralsund und die Insel Rügen sind bequem erreichbar. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ostsee-Erkundungen.
