The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

‘The Water Snug’ Floating Lake Cabin

Sit back, relax and enjoy the ambience that will surround you in our stunning new one bedroom house boat. Situated near the pretty village of East Hoathly, East Sussex, set on our picturesque one acre lake. Feel at one with nature from inside the beautifully decorated interior, with log burner, fully fitted kitchen, modern toilet/shower room, double aspect bedroom, with windows that allow the outside in. East Hoathly has a pub, coffee shop and village shop a 10 min walk away or 1 min drive.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Pine tree woodland retreat

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. On the second floor, with secure intercom entry, enjoy a bright fresh flat with expansive views along the Sussex coast. Centrally located with easy access to a range of fantastic restaurants and local activities - including theatre, pier, beach, cinema and shopping - White Rock offers a great hub for your break to the coast. Hastings train station is an easy walk away should you wish to explore further!

Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Adorable Hideaway: log stove, campfire, organic fm

The Adorable Hideaway is situated in the generally quiet farmyard of a thirty acre organic smallholding, a mile from Bodiam Castle. People said I would never find a place like this in South East England and I’d have to go at least to Devon, but here we are, at the farm that forgot the time. To come and go, you don’t have to go past my home or into my garden, I think people find the hideaway quite adequately private. It's a bit busier these days..

The Granary at Coes Vineyard, East Sussex

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
