Relax on the balcony with a drink and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

Close to Bury St Edmunds and Diss, an ideal semi-rural base for exploring East Anglia and the cities of Norwich and Cambridge. Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

Bright and airy two-bedroomed caravan with decking and patio area. Very quiet and in a corner spot next to woodland, close to marina, lovely secluded walks. Restaurant and bar within minutes walk. Gym, pool and sauna on site (details provided if requested). Beach is 10 minute drive or can access public transport just outside park. Theme park and wildlife park nearby Numerous bars and restaurants and places of interest. Train station within walking distance.

A magnificent single story holiday home with 4 super king en-suite bedrooms, 3 acres of beautiful wildlife friendly gardens and a fully equipped gym. 3 of the 4 spacious bedrooms are in the main property and the third is 'Little Owl', an en-suite annex bedroom, beside the gym, in the garden. Spring House is suitable family / friends holidays. Parties are not permitted. Please take note that individuals falling within the age range of 1 to 12 are not permitted.
