Rent our private basement unit as your next home away from home while you explore Providence, Rhode Island, Boston, and MA! We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! The space is a thoughtfully designed and decorated apt with privacy in a quiet area, with all the amenities you may need. Our goal is that you’d always feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful!

You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. Quick walk down the street to the East Bay Bike Path and several Bristol bay access areas. 30 minute drive to Newport or Providence. Approximately a 1.5 mile drive/walk to downtown Bristol.

Come stay at our magical tiny house with a yellow door! A lovely retreat tucked away with an equally magical garden. Our tiny was built for family and dear friends to come and enjoy Providence, and all the surrounding wonders. When it’s not shared with our family and friends we open it up here. It’s what Airbnb was when it first started, just regular folks opening up their spaces for people who love traveling and exploring or who might be curious about tiny house living.

Comfy queen bed + sofa bed, private bath, Apple TV. Great for long-term guests and weekend visitors. Backyard, grill, laundry available but shared with house. Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.

This brand new apartment is spacious & modern, with a comfortably furnished Living room with a pull out couch , separate bedroom w/ queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Perfect place to relax after work or travel. Amenities include coffee maker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator. TV Air conditioning. There’s a small table with two chairs for dining.. The supplies include plates,cups, glasses, silverware and wine glasses.
