Just minutes from popular East Nashville eateries and sweet boutique shop! 4 Grocery stores, CVS (at end of street) the YMCA is in walking distance. 2 small dogs LIVE HERE: if you don’t like dogs please stay elsewhere. 1-night stays may bring a dog. Located in hip East Nashville in the heart of the city, but in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Walking distance to bars and eateries. 5 minutes to more cute shops and restaurants and 12 minutes to downtown! Backyard is fully fenced (6 foot) for convenience with dogs. I did renovations in 2023 and am proud to share my home!

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.
