The Coachhouse is cosy and quiet. It has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. There is a private gated courtyard that guests are also welcome to use. Only 5 minutes from East Kilbride and 20 minutes from Glasgow but surrounded by fields and countryside Full use of the Coachhouse and the courtyard next to it Feel free to contact me with any queries by phone, text, e mail The property is only a couple of minutes from the village of Carmunnock, a pretty conservation village and the only official village left in Glasgow. There is a local shop, pharmacy, and an excellent restaurant in the town. There is parking next to the Coachhouse. Getting around by car is ideal but we are also only minutes from two train stations and there are regular buses in the village minutes up the road. We have two dogs but they are friendly and kept in the main house or our back garden.

Walking distance to the local village of Eaglesham with a lovely pub that is dog friendly, with good food, called the Swan.

Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

Only a 5 mins drive to the Strathclyde Business Park, this property is well located for guests staying on business and is a short commute from Glasgow.

The Rookery

Eaglesham was designated Scotland’s first outstanding conservation area in 1960. The Rookery is a self contained one bedroom flat in the heart of Eaglesham. Shops, pub and restaurants are within walking distance. The Rookery is an ideal base to discover the surrounding area with a wealth of sporting activities; water sports, golfing, fishing, walking and cycling. Situated close to the city of Glasgow an array of activities beckons; museums, restaurants, concert venues as well as retail therapy!

The apartment is self contained with a separate entrance attached to the main house It is a quiet, relaxing flat, NOT SUITABLE for parties, events or young children. We are 5 minutes from East Kilbride Conservation Village, which has a wide range of restaurants, bars and Village Theatre. Ice Skating, and Odeon Cinema is Local. Glasgow City Centre is 7 miles, with a direct train line. The apartment is in a good central position approximately 45 minutes to Glasgow or Prestwick airport.
