It features a new king sized nectar mattress, a couch, a washer and dryer, TV with smart TV access, detailed guest book, a small walk in shower with a bench, a deck with gorgeous views, and a large lot in front and back.

This newly constructed home has two queen beds in separate rooms. It has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two bathrooms (upstairs bath, shower down). Internet and tv is provided and fold out sofa that is queen size mattress made of memory foam (American Leather brand) that is very comfortable for two additional people, allowing six people to stay comfortable. In addition, if there is need for a crib one can be provided with no extra cost.
