Neu gebautes Ferienhaus auf einem direkten Wasser- bzw. Strandgrundstück "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen für idealerweise 2-4 Personen. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) oder Jever ca. 15 Minuten.

Erholen und/ oder mobil arbeiten (Bürostuhl, 24 Zoll Monitor, etc.). Das Objekt befindet sich in erster Meereslinie und liegt in einer der besten Lagen auf Norderney. Auf ca. 32m² verteilen sich ein Flur, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnraum mit einem Schrankbett und einem -ausziehbaren- 3-Sitzer-Sofa.

Juist zum Relaxen

Der Ortskern ist um die Straßenecke - der Hauptstrand genau fünf Minuten entfernt. Ich biete Euch eine gemütliche Dachgeschoss-Wohnung ca 40qm im 2.OG. Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und Esstisch, von dem Sie einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Hafen-Geschehen haben. In dem Wohnzimmer kann die Couch zu einem Doppelbett verwandelt werden. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein grosses Bett mit durchgehender Matratze; ebenso kann ein Reisebettchen für Kleinkinder aufgebaut werden.
