Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes on to the New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but we are hear to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm and has a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

The house is in a tranquil 4 acre plot with lovely views from your personal raised sundeck. All within walking distance from Tisbury village and train station.

Annexe apartment within easy reach of Poole

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

A 15-20 minute walk to town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs alongside The River Avon. There's a Pub/Restaurant a 5 min walk which serves Breakfast & Evening Meals. The New Forest is a 10 minute drive providing wonderful walks and cycle routes. A 20 minute drive to our Blue Flagged Beaches.

The quirky home is set in a secluded quiet country lane with private parking and its own beautiful garden.There is a outside pizza oven /kitchen , a woodfired bath tub(additional £40 info below) fire pit, outdoor furniture. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. We provide 2 bikes.Well behaved dogs welcome.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Granary

The Granary is a self contained, detached, single room studio set beside Ansty Brook in the Nadder Valley, deep in the heart of SW Wiltshire. A fully equipped kitchen gives the flexibility to self cater or enjoy the best local country pubs. Carefully curated to provide simple and comfortable accommodation. Enjoy the local paths, galleries, historic houses and monuments. The stream and valley can be enjoyed from the seating in the small orchard opposite. Local breakfast eggs laid next door!

A converted barn at Cann Common next to the main house with its own garden, patio and parking area. Located on a no-through road with only local residents traffic, giving a peaceful setting with views of the surrounding hills. Shaftesbury just over a mile with its historic Gold Hill and a good choice of shops and places to eat. It is a good base for exploring the area, offering historic houses, interesting gardens, walks, the Jurassic Coast, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Bath and much more.

The Flat, is a one bedroom, self contained space with living room, kitchenette, large bedroom, en suite bathroom & deck area. It is decorated in an eclectic and rustic style. The space is perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend break, as an alternative, creative work space, or a cosy, unique place to rest your head as you explore what Dorset has to offer. A 10min walk from Ashley Rd where you can buy food and supplies as well as catch buses to Poole, Bournemouth and the Jurassic coast.

Family friendly sunny Log Cabin

Our log cabin is cozy and although we advertise for up to 5 guests, it is really ideal for a family of four. It seats in its own grounds and is private, overlooking heathland. It's next to farmland and fishing lake. It's ideal for getting away from it all. A great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Trampoline and swings provided. All essentials for a comfortable self catering stay are supplied. Fee is based on two guests sharing, and any additional guest pays a complimentary fee.

Cosy self-contained Garden Annexe

Newly redecorated for 2025! From free off street parking at the front of our house the Annexe is accessed by a gate and passageway, discreetly nestled in our pretty garden. It is a perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. It has an open plan lounge with well equipped kitchen area, double bedroom plus a shower room/toilet. Salisbury City Centre is a 30 min walk or quick drive and has regular buses. Great Base for Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum, Longleat and the New Forest.
