Kate's Farm B&B 5 miles from Lyme Regis. Grade 2 listed farmhouse over 400 years old, a relaxing base from which to explore the Jurassic Coast. Choose from a large family room, ensuite, sleeps 5 and an ensuite double downstairs. A choice of breakfast including the full English is served in the guest lounge with it's huge inglenook fireplace, real log fires! beams and stone flagged floor. Also near River Cottage HQ and canteen. Children and dogs welcome. Large garden and ample off road parking.

The Three Compasses Inn

A spacious twin-bedded room, up one flight of stairs, in The Three Compasses Inn recently refurbished to a high standard with en-suite Shower Room. Price is for the en-suite room only but a full English Breakfast is available upon request at £10pp. During the Summer months breakfast can be taken in our beautiful Courtyard Garden! If required, an extra bed for a child can be provided for £25 extra per night. We are situated in a quiet rural village location just 2 miles from Dorchester.

Clifftops - Blue

Blue is all on one level, and simply Blue because of the sea and sky. As you walk in through the door there is plenty of space to kick of your walking gear and hang up your coats. As you move into the kitchen you will be delighted by the window that frames the sea scape. Go out through the doors onto the patio with its own external kitchen you can see The Race which is created as the sea bed rises and the tide converges. You will see ships passing and may possibly even a pod of dolphins.

Double Room in Friendly Home @ Nyumbani

Our single room in a friendly shared home is 3.5 miles from central Exeter, a short drive from beaches & nature walks, in a great position both for work and exploring. On arrival, I'll show you the shared kitchen, answer any questions and pass on keys. We host between 1 and 3 guests. You're welcome to hangout in the diner or enjoy the peace of your room. Bathrooms are shared with up to 2 other guests. One parking space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.

This large ground floor room for 4 persons (plus infant under 2yrs in cot, free of charge), with en-suite bathroom, but not suitable for wheelchairs. This room will accept a dog, but only with prior agreement The room comes equipped with a kitchenette. Fridge-freezer, Microwave, Air Fryer, Toaster & kettle. (No Stove). Table & chairs During busy times there is a min of 2 nights but you can always ask if a single night is possible. Base price is for 3 persons.

Country King

At Hills Farm Stays, we have two Country King rooms, Hawkchurch and Seaton. Hawkchurch is located on our first floor and is accessible through external outdoor steps. Seaton is situated on the ground floor and has access to a small outdoor garden and patio area. These rooms both contain a king bed, using Egyptian cotton linen and an en-suite shower room.
