The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.

The Pheasantry

A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.
