Welcome to our centrally located residence! Explore Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg (1hr away), perfect for motorcycle enthusiasts with easy access to Tail of the Dragon and Foothills Parkway. Nearby bike/walking paths, 30min to downtown Knoxville, and 4 miles from the airport. Restaurants, fast food, and shopping within 15 minutes. Please note that ALL outdoor spaces are SHARED with your host. We respect your privacy and won't intrude on your grilling or swimming experience. Smoking is not allowed.

Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Located 20 mins. from the airport, 15 mins. from Foothills Pkwy, 40 mins. from Cades Cove, and a scenic drive from Gatlinburg , it's a perfect spot for a quiet get-away. This newly constructed home is filled with modern style and charm. Its elegant three bedrooms, stylish living spaces, full kitchen, and deck provide a relaxing destination.

Little River Cabin in the Woods

Upon your arrival to this secluded setting, you will find a charming modern log house. No detail has been overlooked in the decor and furnishings to make you feel at home. On the main floor is a generous living area which includes a contemporary kitchen with many amenities, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room, if needed. Up the staircase is the loft with a king size bed, a twin XL daybed and a sleeper sofa. Pls note: this property is unsuitable for children 12 and under.

Feels like you're out in the country but just outside the city limits. Maryville College is just around the corner,Great Smoky Mountains are just up the road...close to downtown historical Maryville, 30 minutes into Knoxville. Large yard to walk and enjoy. Space for 2 dogs, must be crated if left during the day...CATS are NOT allowed due to allergy concerns. NO SMOKING OR VAPING on property Diapers must be taken out to the main garbage each day. Parking is posted as “Happy Camper”

This cabin is perfect for many types of guests: family get-aways, work trips, city escapes, etc. Conveniently located right off Pellissippi, you are only 15mins from both sides of Knoxville (15mins to UT) as well as downtown Maryville. Also less than 10min drive to the airport. Short walk through the woods to Tenn River viewing point.

This home offers fast, reliable internet (500 mbps upload and download), garbage service, and fenced back yard.

Bring your fishing rods and kayaks! You will want to extend your stay at this Little River oasis. We built this guesthouse just for visiting guests to enjoy. It has been professionally decorated with handpicked items including some nice vintage and antique finds. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the huge deck overlooking the river. This home is close to everything including the Knoxville airport, the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

North Cove Cottage

Our cottage is light and airy. Nice kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher. It is on a quiet dead end street. Only 10 miles from the airport. Our cottage is located 1.2 mi from Ish Creek boat ramp. We are just up the road if you need anything. You are welcome to call or text. Our cottage is very close to 3 different public water areas. The first is just over a mile. Very relaxing area. Access to bedroom #3 may be restricted per # of guests.
