The Miner cabin is small & cozy with one room and a full bath with shower. There is a counter with a two eye burner plug-in stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and a mini fridge. Coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, basic cookware, and dishes are supplied. The cabin sits as one of six across from the historic Paxton Lodge. It is walking distance to the beautiful Feather River and our private sand beach. We have a few walking/hiking trails on the property, or drive to others. Lawn games and more!

The Cabin is a fully-furnished 2 Bedroom getaway on Eagle Lake, the second largest natural lake in CA. Just bring your clothes and food for a great time! Amenities include a 55" flat screen TV w/satellite service, large dining table, and a modern kitchen with everything you need. Outside, there's a huge wrap-around deck with a grill, picnic tables, and spectacular views of the Lake and Mountains. A coin operated laundry and game room with pool table, ping pong and arcade games is steps away.

Hat Creek's legendary fly-fishing is a short drive away. Sleeps 8 across a designer loft and 2,000 sq. ft. of comfortable space. Modern kitchen, Starlink, and Level 2 EV charging. Burney Falls and the Northern California Waterfall Loop an hour away.

It's well built and sits off the road a bit and invites you to relax and enjoy what the Lake McCumber /Mt Lassen community has to offer. The sounds of silence radiates through the trees and gives that sense of calm we all wish for in our daily lives. Once inside you find it a comfortable stay. Backyard is awesome! Stay another day!

Enjoy peace and quiet, view the stars from the deck and enjoy being only minutes away from fishing, hiking or whatever brings you here. **We are pet friendly, but there is a $75 non-refundable pet deposit.**
