The outdoor area includes expansive deck with plenty of comfortable seating (and trampoline for the kids) plus access straight onto a private park with swings.

Handy Inner City Apartment

This is a single room inner city apartment located in an historic building. It is relatively quiet as the bedroom windows are double glazed. I do recognise it is not as swish as some of the competition in town, including ones I have around the corner at 135 Cumberland street, but its really is quite a comfortable place and not overly pricey

A cosy family beach house, originally the post office at Macandrew Bay, located 15 minutes from the centre city and close to Dunedin's famous peninsula wildlife and attractions. The Macandrew Bay beach, cafe, playground, dairy, pharmacy and art gallery are all easily accessible within 150m of our beach house.
