Welcome to our cozy guest suite—where comfort is personal over perfect, and full of charm you won’t find at a hotel. Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. If you prefer more warmth, two space heaters are in the suite closet.

Located in the heart of downtown Dunedin in walking distance to the Pinellas Trail and Main St. Simply park your car and enjoy town on foot or rent a bike and cruise around. We are close to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella are provided. There is also a park across the street with a nice path to stroll along the water or take in the sunset.
