This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

College Hill Cottage is located on College Hill, on the scenic, historic site of Weethee Academy in the heart of the Appalachian region of Ohio. Just 15 miles from Athens, Ohio, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the private, spacious yard relaxing on the large front deck, or the side porch. Plenty of space for relaxing, picnics, or watching the deer, turkeys, birds, and squirrels. Close proximity to Ohio University, Hocking Hills, Lake Hope, and Burr Oak State Parks, and Wayne National Forest.

Home sits on an acre in country. No hunting on property so you will see deer in back when grilling. Large u-driveway to accommodate vehicles with boats or trailer. W/D, AC, propane grill, firepit. House near Hanover between Newark & Zanesville. Roku TV in living room and master. Games available. Dillion, Muskingum River is 12 miles east & Buckeye Lake 20 miles west. Downtown Newark is 20 minutes west. Genesis Hospital in Zanesville is 25 minutes east, Virtues golf 5 minutes away. No pets.

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. The Ledges Cabin is a luxury stay that sits on 35 wooded acres filled with sandstone cliffs, caves, flora, and fauna. This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
