Only steps from the Retreat Woods nature trails & a short walk into historic downtown, you'll find coffee shops, bookstores & the Stone Church nearby. Thoughtfully designed to have a minimal cozy cabin feel, the downstairs is open concept living w/ a gas fireplace. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Outdoors, enjoy 10 miles of trails & the beautiful West River.

It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

Whether it's for fall foliage, winter activities, spring festivals, or a summer at the lake, we are happy to host you anytime during the year to experience your ideal Vermont getaway! Dogs welcome with a $100 pet fee per pet (two dog max). No cats

This beautiful Vermont home sits on 25 acres with spectacular views. We moved this sugar house structure to this land and had an architect adapt it to its surroundings. It has three walls of windows that display the amazing views. The house is surrounded by Mount Anthony hiking trails and a gorgeous pond. The location is a 5 minute drive to town or a lovely 20 minute walk.

The "Rustic" cottage is furnished with a queen bed, sofa and dining table. There is a small deck with patio furniture, fire ring with wood supplied, and a gas barbecue. It can accommodate 2 people comfortably. Private with parking. Host in separate house. Wi Fi from Xfinity, but please note that it can be patchy. Roku TV WI FI connected to router.
