Besplatni su: stabilan wi-fi, Android TV32", gradsko centralno grijanje, A/C, privatno parkirno mjesto u garaži u zgradi. Apartman se nalazi u novom naselju u četvrti Ferenščica, samo 4 km od centra grada i samo 2 km od Glavnog autobusnog kolodvora. Konzum market i Bipa drogerija udaljeni su 100 metara. Tramvajska stanica udaljena je 5 minuta hoda.

RA Kuća moderna je, drvena kuća smještena na proplanku okružena šumama. Posjed se nalazi izvan naseljenog područja, 0,5 km od glavne prometnice koja vodi u nacionalni park Plitvice Lakes. Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.

Cottage Ljubica

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

Ideal family house in the nature for recharging your batteries, there are numerous vine roads, walking and biking tracks, and for those more adventures a horseback riding club and motocross track. House is a 30 minute ride from Zagreb and a 5 minute ride from Jastrebarsko if you wish to go to town.
