We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

Our recently renovated house "Kuca Mala" (size 50 m2) is situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, in quiet and friendly neighborhood offering privacy and amazing view. House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.

Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Breakfast at the Rixos Hotel is a buffet with a beautiful panoramic view.

Nave Apartment

Nave is a completely new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 min. of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

Viewpoint studio je potpuno novi moderno uredjen i opremljen studio apartman za ugodan boravak dvije osobe. Nalazi se samo 10 minuta hoda od najpoznatije dubrovačke plaže - Banje i 10 minuta hoda od Starog grada. Opuštanje na terasi koja ima jacuzzi s prekrasnim pogledom na more i Stari grad učinit će vaš boravak u Dubrovniku nezaboravnim. Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
