Cable car,bus stop, famous Banje beach and Old port with boat excursions and highly recommended trip to Island of Lokrum are just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Whole property is available exclusively to the guests staying in the apartment. Noone else will be there during your stay and the host will be available whenever needed. We want to make you feel like home and we are at your disposal at all times, owner mobile phone will be provided for any help or advice regarding your stay 24h a day. This property is in the peaceful, historic center of the Old Town just meters from one of the best family-run restaurants within the city walls. Famous Banje Beach and the old port are both nearby, along with the main street, Stradun. If you need help with your transfer to the apartment from the Airport or main Port let us know, we can arrange that. We provide full service with the transfer company we trust. The driver will meet you at the airport, help with the luggage, drop you off at the nearest entrance to the Old town and our apartment where you will be met by the host.

The apartment is located on the entire second floor of the house consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and terrace that belongs only to that apartment. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, toaster, kettle, oven, stove and enough dishes for 5 people. The apartment has air conditioning, LCD TV, radio, free wireless Internet access, iron, hair dryer. The apartment is decorated and customized to make our guests feel comfortable. On the terrace you can enjoy in the warm summer evenings, surrounded by greenery. Near the house there are shops, small stores with authentic homemade cakes, and just a few minutes to walk you to the local restaurants. Distance from the bus station and the pier for 2-3 minutes. Our guests we always welcome in the port or bus station if we report the method and time of arrival.

Mia Casa is an old Dubrovnik house, located in the heart of the historian Old Town (pedestrian area) with NO approaching steps to climb. It is decorated in "museum style" with original artifact items. An old Dubrovnik merchant who traveled from Venice to Istanbul originally owned the house. To this day, his descendants continue to evoke and retell the old story through artifacts purchased during these distant journeys. Mia Casa has over 60 lost and forgotten stories.

This stone house has been in the family for over 150 years. Crocant House is located in the center of the old town but in peace and quiet part. The house is built in the traditional style, with a comfortable living room and dining room, kitchen on the ground floor, and comfortable rooms upstairs. Each room has its own floor. It's actually a house-apartment. You have privacy. Equipped with two air conditioning, and two Android TV, WI-FI .washing machine etc.

Restorani i trgovina se nalaze na 1,5 km udaljenosti što je super za sve koji preferiraju aktivni odmor. Sve ostalo mozete nac na 5 min voznje autom u mjestu Blato. Do trajektne luke Vela luka ima 13km a do trajektne luke Dominče 40km.

Our simple yet comfortable two bedrooms, diveded for privacy from the rest of the flat, are located in the very center of Cavtat, just few steps away from the sea and harbor promenade. We are in a pedestrian zone between April and October. No car access directly to the house. There is a ramp at the entrance to the old town. Communal parking 🅿️ is 200 meters away (upon a fee). We do not offer a parking space.
