We are pleased to offer you an apartment in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. This air-conditioned apartment can accommodate 2 persons. The apartment has one large bedroom with a king size bed, a kitchen with all the necessary accessories and utensils, a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. Also it has a small veranda and a large terrace under a grape vine canopy, surrounded by a beautiful garden just within the historic city walls, ideal for sipping morning coffee and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is situated in a single-story annex adjacent to the main building which houses four more rental units that share a communal swimming pool, open from May to October. Additionally, there is a terrace next to this apartment with a BBQ that all of our guests can use, including those staying in this apartment. Our property is situated on a hillside that overlooks the Dubrovnik marina and other charming parts of town. It offers 180-degree views of the sea and nearby islands.
